Upon purchasing this plan, you will be enrolled in our Chromebook Protection Plan. If the Chromebook becomes damaged, the parents or student should report the issue to Freedom eCampus Support for further assistance. Freedom Prep Academy will repair the device. If the device is lost, a fee of $250 will be assessed. 

The Chromebook Protection Plan rolls over each year for students who have not had a claim for damage to their Chromebook, until the student is no longer a Freedom Prep Academy student or has a claim. There will be no refunds given on the original Chromebook Protection Plan purchase if a student leaves Freedom Prep Academy or upon graduation.

Enrollment in the Chromebook Protection Plan does not begin until payment has been received.

What is covered under the plan?

• Accidental damage, such as cracked screens or cases, broken keyboards, etc.
• Battery replacement
• Hardware issues (broken ports, speakers)

A lost Chromebook and intentional damage to the device are NOT covered under the plan.

All repairs must be made by Freedom Prep Academy.
